Continental Taralli Biscuits is a South Australian family owned business for over 50 years, specialising in gourmet Mediterranean savoury crackers that are available Australia wide.
We produce a range of delicious artisan biscuits including Taralli, Tarallini, Almond Bread & Biscottini. We pride ourselves on using quality and natural ingredients, sourced from local suppliers, to ensure that every biscuit is full of flavour, freshness & goodness!
Our products are baked and contain no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or additives which means you can enjoy every bite, without the guilt!

our journey
Family owned and operated in the heart of Magill for over 50 years, owners John & Anna Viscione are passionate about food, family & tradition. Today, John & Anna continue to bake throughout the early hours of the morning, to make sure that every biscuit is cooked to perfection for your family to enjoy.
It also started in the late 1960’s when John migrated to South Australia, and continued his family’s traditional way of cooking with the start-up of a small bakery from his home. Baking bread & Taralli for his friends and the local community in his hand-made wood oven, marked the humble beginnings of his family business.
John was taught by his father the traditional way of making biscuits, from the young age of six, in his home town of San Martino in southern Italy. Today, John is almost 80 years of age and continues to use his traditional recipes that date back to the early 1900’s.
John & Anna are all about family!
Today their children and grandchildren continue to carry on the family tradition and passion for food, with 3 generations involved in the business. Whilst our production has increased significantly, we pride ourselves on staying true to our traditional and never compromise on the quality.
The fusion of traditional Viscione baking methods, together with cutting edge technology, has enabled the family business to evolve and produce a range of flavoursome healthy products.
