For the past 15 years, I have owned and operated my own restaurants. In 2007 I opened The Tea Rooms of Yarck with my dear friend Van and Francesco (my talented and patient partner) at the helm in the kitchen, lets just say there was lots of tears and
laughter on an almost daily basis.

Throughout our time in Yarck we made and bottled our very own pasta sauces using Francesco’s precious family recipes, which in turn sold very very well. So when we decided to step away from restaurant life at the end of 2013, it seemed only logical to start up a little sauce company, which is now known as Bosugo.

All of our sauces are lovingly cooked, tried and tested along the way, then bottled by us personally. We are fanatical about all processes to do with the manufacturing of our products and we hope you love them as much as we do.

Classic Sugo 500g & 760g
Classic authentic Italian Sugo, rich tomato taste available in 500g and 760g bottles.
Puttanesca 375g
A delicious punchy pasta sauce packed with olives, anchovies, capers and perfectly spiced with chilli.
Siciliana 360g
A luxurious tomato based pasta sauce with plump eggplants, basil and garlic.
Peperonata 300g
Capsicum and onions cooked with herbs in a little vinegar. Predominantly used as an antipasto with crusty bread but also makes an excellent accompaniment to grilled meats.
