The Art of Agrumato Co-Pressed Oils
Rio Vista’s innovative Agrumato method takes small-batch production to the next level. Fresh, whole ingredients – such as basil, chilli, garlic, lemon, or turmeric – are co-pressed with olives, infusing the oil naturally during extraction. This technique enhances flavour without using artificial infusions, producing oils that are aromatic, versatile, and ready to elevate any dish.
