Along with their 4-year-old son Asriel; Daniel and Hilary own a small farm over-looking Wilson’s Promontory. Their ice cream production began when their beach-side kiosk grew into a wholesale business.
Their recipe’s have been developed over time, and experience. Prom Coast’s current range of “super-premium” ice cream is based on their classic ice cream recipe with the addition of extra cream sourced from lush Gippsland dairy farms. The Sorbet is full of fruit and all berries used are Australian grown.
New 150mL cups & lids are PLA coated, biodegradable and commercially compostable. They come with an individually wrapped eco-spoon.
