About Us

HELPING YOU CREATE SENSATIONAL CHARCUTERIE BOARDS USING LOCAL ETHICAL PRODUCE FROM SUSTAINABLE FARMS.

We are a small family business in Melbourne believing that only the very best will do. Creating terrines, pates and parfaits for local businesses in retail or food service sizes, We also make a range of pickles to accompany our charcuterie.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Our charcuterie is –

  • high welfare from free range beasts
  • made in small batches by a team of professional charcuterers, chefs and cooks
  • gluten free apart from the pâté en croûte and black pudding
  • hormone & chemical free
  • produced in a HACCP certified kitchen

Our charcuterie is sold at farmers markets and also from some amazing stockists with a similar ethos to ourselves.

Our pâté en croûte can also be customised with stenciling on sides and top for that extra special touch.
