Allora Ravioli is a company based in Adelaide since 1979. At Allora they use traditional recipes, all natural ingredients, and absolutely no added flavour enhancers, colours or preservatives to hand make pasta including Ravioli, Tortellini, Cannelloni and Lasagne.
Allora uses the perfect blend of durum wheat and wheat flour to give an authentic al dente texture to all their pasta. Each batch is made with whole fresh eggs from Day’s Eggs; exclusively Australian durum wheat semolina from Manildra; and wheat flour from Laucke (SA).
Their beef filling are made from slow-braised 100% Australian chuck steak for superior meaty flavour and texture.
Ricotta for their spinach & ricotta fillings is sourced from only 500m from their factory, at La Casa del Formaggio.
